Our luxury detox & wellness retreat offers guests the choice of 2 menu options, a delicious light & fresh detox menu which is plant focussed & offers nutrient rich dishes to promote weight loss & a healthier body & will sustain you through the additional fitness options available or if you prefer more of a relaxing retreat you may choose a deeper alkaline reset cleanse which will improve digestion, can lower both blood sugar & blood pressure, reduce inflammation & enhance the body’s own healing processes.
